Development Lead / Project Manager – HR Cube Project Designed, developed and delivered HR Cube using Oracle & Essbase for Ad Hoc reporting capability in Workforce Reporting application used by over 4000 HR Managers globally at Citi, partnering with the HR business team to reengineer ad hoc reporting processes, and to eliminate manual processing by implementing automation. Designed and developed model, rules, process and workflow using Oracle Essbase Integration Service, Essbase Application Service, Oracle database, PeopleSoft EPM, Stat and Autosys. Project was rolled out globally to HR Managers on target and within budget. Challenge was to combine 3 separate Cognos cubes (HR, Training, and Performance Rating) into one Essbase Cube, while staying in sync with multiple Business Objects Standard Reports driven from a disparate set of database artifacts. Project Manager – Workforce Reporting Application Upgrade Project Managed Business Objects upgrade project, a tech-mandated project to address end of vendor service on deprecated versions of Business Objects and Oracle Essbase, and to align with company-wide initiative to exit platforms that were being sunset such as Solaris, Weblogic, and IPlanet in favor of AIX, WebSphere and IHS. Project was complicated by the challenges around managing contending priorities of ongoing development projects on Weblogic platform, even as custom built functionality for Weblogic was being retrofitted for WebSphere, with IHS integration replacing SiteMinder for Single Sign-On.
