Responsible for utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP) IQMS for (labor hours, inventory, scheduling, and work center loss reports, work orders, job verifications, verifying policies and procedures, enforcing policies and procedures, and employee evaluations). I am involved in writing work schedule rosters and assigning tasks and jobs to 20 or more employees. I am responsible for keeping raw materials for production flowing to create a quality finished product. I have been involved in changing Policies and procedures to improve work force and production standards. I work closely with Quality control to ensure we meet our customer’s high standards. I also delegate authority to assistant supervisors for production and quality control. I am responsible or delegate to assistant supervisors for training new employees. I Process and generate new work orders to assistant supervisors. I am responsible to make sure we meet deadlines for multiple orders at on time. I am responsible for project and work order forecasting. I read blue prints and have obtained knowledge of plastic injection molding machinery, including making sure they operate properly. It is also my responsibility for discipline of employees for violations of policy and procedures. OSHA inspection experience and ISO 9000 inspection Experience. I have been involved in labor relations. Also I deal with corrective action reports to determine root causes for issues with our product that may arise.
