11.2016-06.2017 Master thesis project with Schlumberger, Stavanger. Assessment of Wisting green field production through integra-ted asset modelling (Client OMV). Study and update the reservoir model in Petrel RE. Propose a field development strategy. Build a well and network production model using pseudo steady pipes flow simulator PIPESIM. Couple the reservoir and network models in IAM (Schlumberger integration asset modelling workflow). Assess the surface facilities impact on the reservoir production: Test of Subsea boosting as artificial lift solution.

07.2016-09.2016 Summer internship in STATOIL SA, Harstad, Development and Production Norway within New fields, Petroleum Technology, Early phase. Reservoir study of Wisting license (Shallow reservoir in Barents Sea).

Quality check of the reservoir simulation model provided by the partner/operator (OMV), Well test interpretation and calibration of the reservoir model. Implementation of the production and injection constraints for safe water/gas injection. Test and Optimization of the development strategy.

01.2016-06.2016 6 months internship in TOTAL SA, Centre Scientifique et Technique Jean Feger, Pau, Departement R&D unconven-tional resources. Modelling and simulation of a shale gas reservoir production.

The study was performed using Mangrove Engineered Stimulation design in Petrel Platform (Schlumberger) and Total In-house Shale reservoir performance workflow SHARP (SPE-144154-MS). Reservoir simulations were run using Eclipse-300, Intersect Schlumberger reservoir simulator and AD-GPRS Stanford university simulator. Sensitivity analysis to understand the shale gas physics: The interaction between hydraulic and natural fractures, the physics of desorption of gas from matrix rock and the geomechanical behavior of the reservoir during the depletion. History match of the production data from Aguada Pichana (Vaca muerta) Total Argentina operated field.

08.2015-12.2015 Specialization project (Norwegian university of Science and Technology): A comparative simulation study of chemical Enhanced Oil Recovery on Heidrun Statoil operated field. Surfactant and polymer injection using Eclipse-100.

11.2014-12.2014 Characterization of a gas reservoir during different depletion stages: Calculation of subsurface pressures and stresses for the different depletion stages of a gas reservoir. Build Geomec (Shell) finite-element models: simulation of stress and strain changes in the subsurface. Assessment of issues related to in-fill drilling, casing integrity, sand production, and the impact of arching. Study of gas injection and its impact on fault reactivation.
