Intern-HCDi (Jan 2017 – May 2017)
• Implemented an algorithm (control system) built in C# into the Unity3D environment for a flight simulator. Built new avionics onto the model aircraft. Further development avionics such as translating the designed system onto different platforms, augmented reality, HUD, etc. were done Bharathi Info and Power Systems Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore
• Underwent a training where the key learnings included materials required in constructing a transformer, core assembly, different types of coil winding, drying, tanking and testing of transformer. Hence, I could learn the total manufacturing process of transformers. Academic and Research Projects
CapeStone Project: Hidden Gems of Melbourne (2017)
• Developed a web application using Java, Servlet 3.0 and Apache Tomcat server
• MySQL is used as database to store data
• Initially the requirements were gathered and a System Requirement Specification Document was created
• Implementation was started by creating the database with all required tables and relationships based on the Entity Relationship Diagram.
• The architecture diagram was done in the design phase
• Developed user interface coding and backend coding
• Designed frontend coding by using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Java, jQuery and JSP are used for the backend coding. SDLC process was learnt.
Defeat the Attacks of Digital Watermarking system (2016)
• This project was done under Information Security Management where it deals with the issues of copyright.
• Basic watermarking algorithms that apply to different applications and media types were viewed.
• The different techniques of digital watermarking were learnt. Application of Wireless Sensor Networks in cow health monitoring and farm environmental monitoring (2016)
• Here it is shown how the farms and animals can be monitored via web by using the wireless sensor networks.
• The devices mounted on the cows constantly provides us with the information about their health, body temperature etc.
• The environment sensors provide us the data regarding light, humidity, temperature etc.
• With the information gathered by the ecological data farmers can actually increase their production rate. And the monitored database can help in the better controlling of the wireless sensor networks.
Analysis of Electrostatic Discharge effect on dc to dc converter (2015)
• This project was done under Electromagnetic Compatibility.
• Here the behavior of the devices was observed due to the surrounding electrostatic discharges.
• A ramp circuit, isolator circuit and a buck-boost converter were built and their changes in behavior were observed by introducing an interference such as a gas lighter.
• It was observed that there was a rapid increase in the frequency and that the IC was damaged. Hybrid Micro grid for remote villages in Himalayas (2015)
• This project was done under Renewable energy resources.
• In this work, a micro grid concept for a village in the Himalayas is presented.
• These micro grids use the locally available resources such as solar, wind, water stream and biomass for electricity generation.
Co-Curricular Activities
• Have completed a certified Yoga training.
• Participated in the Prof. Mathematics Contest conducted by National Education.
• Secured a state rank for language proficiency.
Key Strengths
• Ability to quickly learn technologies from scratch.
• Adjusting to new work environment.
• Communicating in a team.
