Design of water and wastewater treatment processes, August 2016 – December 2016

¬ Employed suitable and relevant design equations to design rapid mix basin, flocculation basin, sedimentation basin and disinfection contact basin that form an integral part of any water and wastewater treatment plant.

¬ Performed cost analysis after designing the treatment processes. Innovation Playbook, January 2017 – April 2017

¬ Proposed an innovative automated product that integrates bio waste digester, methane generator and cyanobacteria farm to process a wide variety of household biodegradable waste and solves the engineering grand challenge of managing and balancing the nitrogen cycle.

¬ Performed market analysis and outlined the commercialization strategy for converting the nitrogen fixing cyanobacteria into value added organic fertilizer or biofuel.

Engineering Entrepreneurship, January 2017 – April 2017

¬ Proposed an ‘Internet of Things’ enabled rideshare app and network that provides convenience to college students, staff and faculty by incorporating student drivers, bus options to suggest and find the best rides for them.

¬ Provided several options to riders to select from so that they pay less in comparison to what they pay while using the existing apps such as Uber and Lyft.
