Performed a variety of jobs in the manufacturing of High tech multilayer circuit boards, including photo/image tools and high magnification inspection of photo tools. Followed instructions of engineers and verified quality of materials needed for manufacturing and circuits,using those materials produced using those materials as well as ensuring the appropriate procedures and processes were being employed. Reported directly to the quality engineer the results of on-site source inspections at vendors and in-house inspections. Hired as a graphic silk screen printer of high tech multi layer printed circuit boards. I was moved on to image/photo tooling department. Duties included working the photo plotting operation and inspection of photo tools to engineering specifications. From imaging I went to the backplane division duties including mounting of appropriate hardware and components meeting ISO and Mil Spec Standards. From backplane I advanced to Quality Auditor at the Hudson Facility reporting directly to the Senior Quality engineer. Duties included off-site source inspections of incoming materials and in-house quality audits of all processes, products, and manufacturing standard practices.
