“EFFECT OF NaOH TREATMENT ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF SISEL FIBER IN POLYMER COMPOSITES”

Description:

The main object of this project is to investigate the Effect of NaOH treatment on the mechanical properties of sisal fiber in polymer composites .the composites have been made by with and without treatment of Noah using polymer matrix using sisal fiber.

Mechanical properties such as tensile properties (such as tensile strength, tensile modulus ), flexural strength, and impact strength test were subjected to varying weights of fiber (1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 grms ) of maximum loading fibered composites are studied.
