•Duties and Responsibilities

Supervision and Management:

•Discuss and negotiate the required resources availability (manpower, tools, and materials) with the site engineers to perform the required Tasks and activities to meet the Time, Cost and quality constraint of the Project.

•Perform Site visits and attend pre construction meetings with Project team to discuss and contribute in Project planning and scheduling process.

•Monitor the resource Quality of the Work of the field team technicians and subcontractors.

•Communicate with the site engineers, site manager, and subcontractors regarding the site problems and discuss and implement proposed solutions.

•Project Health and safety supervision.

•Perform project reports: weekly report and daily report.

•Attend project meetings: weekly meeting and so on.

•Make sure the work progress is according to the project master plan, take any needed corrective actions to meet the site plans.

•Contribute the Consultant Work Inspections Processes with site engineers and main contractor.

Technical & Site.

•Supervision of ELV and Electrical Site Installations, First fix, Second Fix and third fix.

•Guide site team leaders and technicians in both technical issues and challenges also on site task planning and responsibility distribution.

•Coordinate with MEP, Civil and Other trades on site to resolve any site conflicts and issues.

•Inspect Subcontractor completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design, Drawings and equipment specifications and compliance with technical, operational and safety standards.

•Perform any needed corrections and re work following site engineers, Consultant, Main contractor and customer inspection notes and comments.

•Carry out Commissioning and Testing for all ELV systems in accordance with Commissioning and testing Plans, best practice and industrial standards.

•Review and execute of all ELV systems shop drawings, Plans, schematics, Risers… and feedback the design team for any ideas and conflicts.

•Contribute the handover process and Snag List preparation with site engineers, consultant, Main contractor and Client.

•Make Sure and Confirm that all the Snag list notes are handled and corrected in the preagreed schedule.
