I have been a registered nurse for 11 years and certified case manager for 5 years working in different areas of nursing and facilities . My current position is with United Health Care for 5 years as a nurse case manager helping patient live a healthier life by providing assessments, information, teaching, referrals, resources, communicating between patient and providers and outreach calls for evaluation of care. I believe that I have the qualities and the skills required for the position you are looking for.
My professional history includes traveling nurse experience for 8 years working in different areas of nursing and hospital facilities. I have worked in a step down units, Psyche floor, medical-surgical floor, Telemetry floor, EKG interpretation, assessment, planning, implementation, documentation, EMR, interdisciplinary collaboration and leaderships and currently helping people live a healthier life as a certified nurse case manager.
My extensive nursing background in working with a diverse population has allowed to me to add new perspectives and ideas to your organization. In addition, I have strong communication, great customer service, professional management skills that should make me a team player and leader in your company, and I would be grateful for an opportunity to prove that to you.
