Customers that were supported include Symantec/Veritas, Broadcom, McAfee and EMC. This includes system issue replication and debug, error log reviews and recommendations, product planning and support..etc. Engagement with BIOS, Firmware and Engineering teams on a daily basis. Also, work very closely with Broadcom/LSI on their RAID portfolio and storage solutions from a customer usage model as well as documentation/performance modeling against Intel's product portfolio. Technical writing experience includes Intel Server Technical Product Specifications, Hardware/Software configuration Guides and supported OS (Operating System) and memory manuals as well as defining/managing customer Statements of Work (SOW).
