I have established and sustained excellent working relationships with technicians from RRISD, LISD, PISD, Level 3, CenturyLink, XO Communications, developing and pursuing mutual respect, open communication and professionalism.
Attended and engaged in planning (PDR) Plant Distribution Request and other operational meetings along with providing reports and department information as requested.
Spliced coax, copper and fiber and activated Marconi fiber to the curb and FTTH in Austin and San Marcos.
Inspected contractor splicing to ensure highest quality.
Worked with a team to design splicing procedures for FTTH (NAP) Network Access Point Enclosures, for Gpon conversion.

Experience
Creating (JCE) Job Cost Estimate for approval of fiber, copper and coax on Grande backbone, Grande residential distribution,Round Rock ISD, Leander ISD on reroutes repairing of damaged areas
Meet weekly with (OSPE) outside plant engineer, Construction Coordinators and network operations to reroute active commercial customers to (GPON) Gigabit services in order to reclaim backbone fibers.
