Manage center operations, interact with customers, and oversee 54 total employees operating in a defined support operations area, across four separate locations.

Installation Bradley Master Gunner 10/2004 to 11/2005

Functioned as the primary advisor to the Division Commander on all training issues pertaining to small arms weapons, infantry dismounted training and all Bradley Fighting Vehicle training. Supervised the training oversight, mentorship and training support for all units (approximately 13,000 people), stationed at Fort Carson. Addressed and resolved training and support issues; coordinated effectively between all units on Fort Carson and civilian units requesting ranges or training land.
