Worked as a Process Technician in KM Ltd, Coimbatore,

Rotto Gravure - Assistant Machine Operator.[February 2012 tojuly 2012]

Then I have worked in DINA MALAR has a PRINTER and also the CTP direct Technician one of the leading National tamil daily newspaper. [august 2012-march-2014] [ultra-violet news web printing (U.V)]

One month I got trained in Target offset printing press in Sharjah-DUBAI [april 14 to march12].

Worked in INDIAN EXPRESS publications for one year as a Senior printer, and also the CTP Direct technician.,

Presently am working in SIG COMBIBLOC as a gravure machine operations in SAUDI ARABIA Riyad plant…

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Maintaining the standard quality & speed of the required printing job.

Setting the plates for CTP machines & printing machines for the daily printing jobs.

Loading the reels for the continuity of night shift printing process.

Reviewing the spell checks of the final proof copies.

Trained to operate a unit in manugraph machine.

Loading the clarified gravure cylinders in rotto gravure machines.,

I well know about KAIZEN process & 5 S to maintain standardization of organization…

Trained to make operations in advanced rotto gravure machines at food and packaging industries as well as well trained in newspapers publications operations., quality controlling and assuring…..
