PROJECT MANAGER Over 30 years of experience supervising and managing multi-million dollar construction projects as a Site Superintendent, Project Manager and an Owners Representative. Travel has never been a hindrance to a successful project experience. I have recently relocated to Colorado Springs, Colorado.
My current position is the Project Site Superintendent for a new Rehabilitation Facility for the Veterans Administration in Palo Alto, California. I am very experienced in Design Build, CM, CM at risk and GMP delivery methods. I have worked closely with the design team to establish project budgets for future projects and establish cost cutting and value engineering alternatives if the proposed designs are not achievable within the established budget. My experience includes overseeing and executing the delivery of small and large projects. I have worked closely with Owners, architects, and subcontractors in the successful delivery of capital projects.
