Duties:
I assisted first year students during their practical sessions in the laboratory;
Monitor if the adhere to safety rules in the laboratory (e.g. wearing of lab coats, closed shoes, safety spectacles).
I also demonstrated some practical’s to the students and assisted them where the lacked some skills.
Ensured that they practice GLP (like rinsing of burettes and pipettes prior use, labelling of glassware, cleaning of balances before and after use)
