Upon the incumbent losing the CSP contract, I returned to LVI where I have held several positions within the company where my assistance and knowledge were needed:
Aug 09 – Nov 09: Served as the West Coast Regional Manager for 2 Special Training Allowance Pool (STAP) facilities (Camp Pendleton, and Barstow)
Nov 09 – Aug 10: Served as the STAP Operations Manager for 6 sites in I MEF, II MEF and III MEF (California (2) North Carolina (1) Japan (2) and Hawaii (1))
Aug 10: The STAP contract was turned over to a different contractor. During this period conducted a transition, wall to wall inventory of all Regions to the incoming contractor.
Aug 10 –Dec 12: Served as the Special Projects Officer for the Program Director.
Dec 12 to July 17: Camp Pendleton STAP Manager
During this time period went through 2 transitions between contractors, served as an Interim Site Manager for Barstow STAP, while conducting a transition of the Barstow Soft Wall Shelter (SWS) Warehouse, and the Barstow Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosives (CBRNE) warehouse

Primary Site Manager Consolidated Storage Program (CSP)
When I joined SSI I was an incumbent of the existing contract. I was hired to be the Primary Site Manager responsible for 7 sites throughout California and Arizona.
During the initial stage of stand up, that included: facilities set-up, warehouse design, staffing, training, program policy, procedural development and quality assurance to include local operational/safety procedures.
During the period of Feb – Aug, was instrumental in the transition and operation of the Special Training Allowance Pools (STAPs) at 3 Sites in California.
The primary contractor lost the contract within the first 7 months.

West Coast Regional Inventory Control Manager and Regional Administrator Consolidated Issue Facility (CIF), Government Programs,
I joined LVI as part of the first hire phase when LVI began CIF operations on the West Coast. I was initially hired as part of the warehouse staff. Within six months, I was promoted to Regional Warehouse Manager and subsequently to Regional Administrator where I was responsible for three job functions: Office Manager, Human Resources Coordinator and Inventory Manager.
As Regional Inventory Manager: Responsible for the management of inventory valued in excess of $173,000,000.00. Assist CIF Regional manager in all facets of inventory control with a focus on stock replenishment, validating/processing documents for incoming and outgoing inventory, monitoring the stock level to ensure gear is on hand at all locations to support the customer. Research, create and propose buys/purchases to the Government Contract Officer Representative for approval and system induction. Provide assistance to the warehouse, processing inventory, doing cyclic counts and any other requirements to ensure a smooth running operation. Assist is organizing special projects, research cost, man hours and cost effectiveness. Annual inventory shrinkage less than .01% and adhered to budget threshold.
As Regional Administrator: Responsible for office management functions, setting up vendor accounts, verifying and processing bills for payment, payroll, interviewing and processing new hires, updating various systems, etc. Maintain a working knowledge of employees’ capabilities, work ethics and dedication to the job.
During my tenure with LVI, I participated in all phases of CIF operations from “ground zero,” i.e., facilities set-up, warehouse design, staffing, training, program policy, procedural development and quality assurance to include local operational/safety procedures, etc. Over the past several years I have witnessed the CIF program grow and evolve. With this, I bring extensive program knowledge from an operational and administrative perspective. In addition, I have been awarded the I MEF CG Certificate of Commendation for support on the Global War on Terror.

My educational background in the field of Law Enforcement has been consistent and extensive. Along with my “Law Enforcement Certification”, from 1982 to 1995, I have accumulated over 285 hours of training and class time for continued self-improvement. Some of the courses in which I have been trained in are: Law Enforcement, Criminal Intelligence, Crime Prevention, Arson Investigation, Judicial Education for Municipal Court Support, and others.
