Conversion of existing warehouse into three level State of the Art R & D Labs, each level approx. 90,000 s.f., all union trades total manpower at peak of project 200 (Fitters, Plumbers, Tin Knockers, Sprinkler Fitters, electricians, FF&E, Asbestos Abatement, and other trades), issued all hot work and confined space permits each day by 7 am start time, Completed the project within the estimated manpower and financial obligations. Project done in 2 phase (total cost $110,000,000).

Demo and new research lab, total s.f. 40,000 (all union trades, total workforce throughout project 75, over budget by 4% due to unforeseen asbestos problem. Supervision of all trades……… (total cost $ 750,000)

Installation of new Linear Accelerator in existing building, total workforce of 30 through entire project, (all union trades), project came in on time and under budget by 5% (total cost $3,300,000).

Installation of new Co-Generation Plant on site, with support building, (all union trades) total cost $8,340,000).

Responsible for complete layout, design, and estimating supervision of following projects:

Installation of new above ground research waste line with support towers, workforce on entire site 45, (all union trades (total cost $450,000)

Emergency spill detection system, plant wide, workforce 15 (all union trades) total cost $350,000)

New company 1000 s.f. Computer Mainframe Command Center, workforce 30 (all union trades) (total cost $350,000).
