RE: Employment Opportunities

Dear Sir or Madam,

Providing unique qualifications for a role in your company relates directly to past work experience, and current studies collected through education from University of Phoenix. Being a technician/inspector at four different engineering firms, over the past 15 years I have specialized in testing and consultation on numerous construction projects (specifically roads, bridges and airport runways). Working directly along representatives, contractors and project managers, I have complied with certain standards and specifications declared by engineers. Classes I have taken for the completion of my Associates of Arts in Computer Programming involve web design, introduction to Operating Systems and different OOP languages. I recently finished the Bachelor’s program for Software Engineering. In addition, I’ve used MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) for Individual/Group assignments, as activities with Excel in past employment. I am also familiar with text editors for Java, Visual Basic, C#/C++ and HTML. In following Quality Assurance, a great level of excellence and efficiency is expected for performing assorted methods and procedures. Making sure that data, machinery and other tools are accurate and operating properly is primary to my specialty. It is in assuring the client functionality of work and level of expertise concur and contribute to the success of the project. This has made me a valuable asset to the company I am employed for. My recent aim is securing position on a team, in order to accrue valuable experience and training, as well as continued knowledge of software and other information technologies.

Thank you for accepting my resume for submittal and review. Your time and consideration are appreciated. I am excited and encouraged to begin this new phase of career path. Sincerely,

Oliver Vanderlip
