Full accounting responsibility for TRAC Services $15 million wholly owned subsidiary. Chassis repair centers in regional area throughout United States to repair and refurbish TRAC Intermodal chassis.

Monthly close and reporting of nine service centers and elimination entries with parent.

Reconcile intercompany revenue and expenses with parent.

Coordinate and test third party depot software and interfaces with general ledger system.

Represent finance on team when launching new service center location.

Generate monthly/weekly reports for FP&A dashboard reporting.

Supervise 1-person staff.

Full accounting responsibility for TRAC Logistics $3 million wholly owned subsidiary. Brokerage company to provide position, handling and drayage for TRAC Intermodal chassis.

Monthly close, financial reporting and elimination entries with parent.

Reconcile positioning and handling monthly brokerage fee with parent.

Reconcile drayage fee with TRAC Drayage subsidiary and parent.

Full accounting responsibility for TRAC Drayage $1 million wholly owned subsidiary. Trucking company to physically relocate chassis between pools and or service locations for repair.

Monthly close, financial reporting, and elimination entry with parent.

Reconcile monthly drayage fee with parent.

Full accounting responsibility for Streetturn LLC $1 million freight audit software joint venture.

Monthly close and presentation of financial package to senior management.

Work directly with FP&A to produce annual budget/forecast.

Represent finance during development and upgrades of freight reconciliation software.

Other accounting duties and projects as assigned by upper management.
