Events Sponsorship Transformations Manager

Lead vision, strategy and execution for multiple complex flagship events both within elements of sponsorship packages and logistics with attendees over 20,000 and upwards of 200 sponsors.

Responsible for all costing and development of sponsorship packages for multiple conferences simultaneously.

Communication with both internal and external sponsors to ensure completion of multiple complex sponsorship packages meet and exceed satisfactory completion.

Manage and host multiple standing meetings with extended teams to ensure all elements of sponsorships are effectively planned and produced. This involves extensive attention to detail and forward thinking to ensure all aspects are covered, communicated and effectively implemented.

Attend weekly strategy and design meetings with core EXPO team on design, flow and implementation of the show floor. Extensive attention to detail and consistency is vital across multiple elements both in the EXPO and around the main conference to ensure a cohesive feel is felt between the two major components.

Designed, managed and developed a sponsorship dashboard to assist in collecting of artwork as well as provide a means to communicate information to sponsors to ensure their experience is streamlined and informed.

Coordination and management of multiple conference database tools including enhancements, visionary involvement and incorporation of new tools within the company. Significant involvement in enhancing our mobile app functionality and sponsorship presence.

Responsible for extensive Competitive analysis of other events, and analyzing previous attendee data to compile a strategic approach of targeting our attendees and sponsors at our upcoming brand-new singular conference in 2018.

Successfully envisioned new opportunities that not only bring value to our sponsors, but enhance the attendee experience and keep our events forefront in the innovative cutting-edge technological world. A few of these new opportunities are:

oLocker Sponsorship – Championed this effort from start to finish, found a company that was willing to jump into this new opportunity and designed, created and implemented a self scanning QR code system using the attendee badge and eliminating a labor-intensive key access system elevating ROI for the sponsors.

oSpecialty Coffee Bar – Designed and managed this new opportunity which is now one of the most sought-after sponsorship locations for our large flagship conferences. We maximized the beverage capacity in this sponsorship and brought a continuous flow of traffic to this sponsored element.

oSnack Center – Designed a snack center in our EXPO which worked on a token system. Participating sponsors were given tokens and attendees flooded to their booths to acquire these tokens for the snacks. This drove new leads to the sponsors and created buzz in the space overall.

2011 – 2015 IBM Corporation Las Vegas, NV

Responsible for creating the business case for three major conferences.

Managed the operations and budget of a multi-million dollar event with over 20,000 attendees and over $2B VLR.

Successfully managed multiple status meetings with management and vendors to ensure budget was on target.

Secured a vendor and developed two new innovative gifting processes incorporating vending machines with digital technology and an action station for printing t-shirts on demand. These two elements were so successful, that they have been carried forward as best practices into other corporate events.
