Project Name : hCue Lite for Doctors

Description:

Nowadays a doctor is available in multiple medical centers which may be local clinics or city based hospitals but their occupancy is not 100% due to their being unavailable or their speciality or some other reason which is leading them not being utilised fully even though they were available and can cater to more people. Our humble approach is to bridge this gap between needs of patients and the doctors. We are currently focusing on Chennai doctors and we plan to move to other regions taking into consideration the region specific scenarios to better cater the patients in a human way.

Roles & Responsibilities :

●A digital ecosystem to help you manage appointments, refer peers and store medical records

●Professionally made individual profiles to help you be discovered by more people according to your expertise.

●Real time queue management and quick capture of patient data for a more productive practice.

●Refer patients to a pharmacy of your choice by directly sending prescriptions to the pharmacy.

Product Ranges handled by our Team:

These projects were handled by my team consisting of 2 High level Developers, 3 mid level developers, 2 server developer and 2 Testers and i as a Team Lead handled them at Project Level with their set of Themes/Goodies and other promotional material with complete support for the Production Tool, whereby the Client has access to the entire Theme Set.

I also work with the Client on a day to day basis acquiring their requirement and other technical specifications as well as maintain deadlines for deliverable. As the project is very vast, it requires my complete involvement in all phases of the Project, which includes Software Development at app level, Server management with the Team, Designing App Specs, Working out Delivery Schedules and Status reports to my seniors. Which is very interesting as it full utilizes my full capabilities.

Back-end involves an extensive Web portal for the client, which goes by the name of Production Tool, and the client can change the resources for a particular theme in a particular project and publish the same as an update to the users at large, overall it was a very interesting System with lots of new Ideas.

Project Name : Cloud GOO

Client : Hyperlync Technologies.

Description:

The number of people storing their data in the cloud is growing. There are lots of offerings on the market that give people disk space or storage space to store their data. Many of these offerings (e.g. Dropbox, SkyDrive, Google Drive, etc.) offer free entry level storage accounts and offer more storage space and upgrades of storage for a fee.

Super Drive will help consumers solve the problem of managing multiple cloud storage accounts and provide a great way to get one view and consumption model of all their stuff in the cloud.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Manages the cloud storage accounts connected to the application.

●Ability to add extra cloud accounts, and to remove any cloud drive accounts

●Application stores to available storage; upload and downloads in WIFI and 3G; uploads photos and videos in smaller size; adds playlists from device

●Ability to set uploads by file type and drive location (E.g. storing all photos in Google Drive, storing all Music in Sky Drive, store all documents in Dropbox)

●Ability to set WIFI versus carrier (on mobile).

●Manage files that can be accessed even when not connected. Full automatic setting – 500 MB cache size; photos and videos downloaded in a smaller size; music automatically added to device.

●Ability to set a size for cache, ability to empty cache.

●File Views : Show all photos, videos, music and documents from across cloud drives. View by list, small thumbnail, large thumbnail. Filter by name or date. Slide-show viewing of individual photos and simple flick through. Leverage device specific features for viewing.

●Search : Search across all cloud storage accounts, Show search results in a simple list, Open simple search bar at top of application like in Google Drive app.

●Sharing and moving files : Person should see a set of choices when files are selected – copy, move, share. Move pops up a choice of locations / cloud drives. Files would get moved to a default folder in the root of the chosen drive. Share would pop a set of choices which include popular Social Networking Sites like Facebook, Picasa, Photobucket, and other common means of transport like Email and MMS (More are on the way !).

Phases involved in:

Architectural Design round with a lot of Test Cases. The sub phases involved are Design, Backend (retrieval, storage and manipulation of data), and Front-end (UI) and a lot of Testing!

I am actively involved with this project and apart from Cloud Goo Free and Paid, We are working activity on two more flavours of the app for Enterprise level, which requires my complete supervision on a day to to day basic with the deliverable expected of me. The Client is very meticulous with her requirement and a weekly performance and specs report is performed.
