The biggest project of T-Mobile where the prepaid billing system is being changed as a part of the U2.0 program. Each stream has a BO system which integrates with each other to process the data from Front office.

ATT.COM was developed for reporting purpose along with suspend and resume functionality for Agent reports in new UVERSE business for AT&T clients. ATT.COM provides a platform for Customers to resolve their issues with an online portal and when unable to self-resolve, they can suspend their ongoing sessions and call the CSR. Agents resume this session and further help customers to resolve issues.
AT&T has 2 business areas that comprises of 9 & 13 states that were merged in a single warehouse for Reporting. Workflow Tool is used by the CSR agents to resolve issues faced by the customers through on call support.

Finance Business Layer is a creation of Data Warehouse, based on oracle technology which supports Real time Data Warehouse (i.e. refresh of data happens in more frequent and recent intervals). The release involves extraction of data from transactional applications and stores it in a common DB.
The primary purpose of the Tax Audit Warehouse was to provide an alternate data warehouse system as the previous Tax Warehouse system was being decommissioned. Tax business needed to freeze the revenue related data at each fiscal year for audit defense. The data was needed to be stored in a separate universe and NOT as transactional.

Finacle universal banking products are designed to address the core banking, e-banking, Islamic banking, treasury, wealth management and CRM requirements of retail, corporate and universal banks. It was developed by Infosys, and is one of the major player in the arena of core banking in Indian and Asian banking domains.
Finacle Automation project was targeted to automate the Test cases in Finacle Product. Here we were using RFT (Rational Functional Tester), it is an automation tool which generates framework. I used to feed data into Excel Sheet and run them in RFT tool.
