I have spent many years in the security field as an officer and an instructor, eventually attending the S2 Institute for Private Investigator Internship Parts 1 & 2 and passing with their certification. Though I have not acquired an internship as of yet, I currently am an independent contractor for financial companies which requires me to research certain things using court records at times. I also provide individuals with property reports which include accessing court records such as property tax, appraisals, history, ownerships and financial information. I also do address histories which require researching the address and the individuals who were or may be involved with an address.
