Brycomm Comm: Data Cabling Technician (4/14 to 9/16)

Install fiber and copper cable in retail/commercial

Terminate copper and fiber optic cabling.

Dress communication rooms per BICISI standards.

Test copper, fiber and ensure accuracy of cable testing, troubleshoot and resolve any issue with cable.

Manage work orders, sign-offs, daily logs and other project documentation.

Brycomm Comm: Data Center Technician (9/16 to present)

Rack and stack Juniper, HP and Cisco routers and switches also remover or replaces required equipment.

Install all PDU’s for the power.

Run all power cables, patch network/server equipment with cat6, multi and single mode fiber.

Labeled all equipment in data center, patch cords, servers, routers, power cords.

Perform troubleshooting of network hardware and implement appropriate solutions

Perform cabling and PBX/phone moves, adds or changes.

Troubleshoot, swap and repaired hardware including: power supplies, CPU’s and hard disk.
