This project is located in Pondicherry; type of construction is Villas – Individuals and apartment also.

I have worked in this company for client side; hence contractor side engineers should get clearance from my side. So every day, my major activity in site is giving clearance with proper checking. There is checklist format for all kinds of works.

Takedown the quantities for contractor billing.

Coordination with clients.

Update the work progress in site through whatsapp and mail.

Different kinds of work activities going in the site, because currently more than 15 villas construction is going now.

To execute the assigned project as per drawing.

To ensure the safety measures in the site and facilitate labours & security.

To organize and supervise the labours to complete day to day work / activity.

To raise the purchase indent as per project progress.

To ensure the material delivery and checking of PO with DC, prepare and submit MRN to purchase department.

To check the quality of work like plastering, roofing, lintel level, frame level, flooring, curing and plumbing work, electrical work, etc., as per standard.

To report the site progress by mail, photos, SMS and hard copy to higher authority.

To track the quantity of work performed by the contracted labour and their attendance to prepare bill for their payments.

To monitor the site general housekeeping.

Projects description: My Company had done this hardscape work in phoenix market city for about more than one year. I have learned lots of things in the finishing field in that site. I had done main swimming pool, kids’ pool, and Jacuzzi and banquet lawns Etc. This project is one of the mass projects in my carrier. In this project I am the site Engineer and as well as site in charge. After finished the project in phoenix market city then went to Holiday Inn hotel and later Purvankara project. Responsibilities:

Project Title: Design and Construction Sequence of Underground Metro station

Description: In this project we designed the underground metro station and also gave the construction sequence. We took the soil sample from the site and tested in the lab. And also with the help of the bore log data of the site, we designed the underground metro station. It consists of diaphragm wall, guide wall, plunge column and the structural members such as beams, slabs.etc... CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:
