Designed & Implemented a Test bed & System Test Plan focused on validation of Virtualized & Converged Datacenter Use Cases on the Alcatel-Lucent Top of Rack & Chassis-Based Switches.

Automated major portion of System Test regression to validate system stability & Traffic recovery/convergence during Network events [Topology changes, System Upgrades].

Ensure Quality across multiple AOS features and platforms by raising, tracking, reproducing and verifying resolution of more than 300 defect reports over multiple releases.

Wrote test cases for Various Layer2 protocols and Enhancement Features STP/RSTP/MSTP, Layer 2 Protocol Tunneling, Ingress Bandwidth shaping,OSPFv2,VRRPv2/VRRPv3,8021X,Ethoam Troubleshoot and submitted bugs against the software. Configuring and testing using all major networking protocols, including OSPF, IGMP/MLD, PIMv2, STP, MSTP, RSTP and RIP for both IPv4 and IPv6, wrote TCL scripts for couple of features mentioned above. Accomplishments:

• Simulate large networks and altering traffic load used in testing the limitations and capabilities of network devices using the above protocols. Used Wireshark for troubleshooting.
