Assisting Cruz Castillo with all of her ventures, most notably the monthly publication Winter Garden Magazine. Writing content for the print magazine and the associated websites. Content includes fiction pieces, ad copy, articles of interest for people in the Winter Garden and wider Florida region. When the editor was out of commission for months, I took over as the managing editor as well. Deals with clients, businesses we feature and people in and around the area.

Changed the magazine to a format that had a world class feel through new features and hires.

Helped organize set formats for articles, the website, and expanded our reach tremendously.

Re-established a number of relationships that went sour before I was hired and restored trust in the magazine.

Trained performers to be professional wrestlers, ran hundreds of events (shows), wrote all the ad copy, show recaps, and the shows themselves. Garnered publicity through every major Atlanta-based outfit (television, Atlanta Journal Constitution, Creative Loafing). Came up with marketing schemes. Established relationships with media, venues, national wrestling promotions and sports outlets. Trained my replacements when I stepped away when I moved.

Platinum Championship Wrestling won many awards for promotion of the year and acknowledging me as the best writer (booker) as well.

Platinum Championship Wrestling’s marketing techniques and the talent I hired are the most imitated and used in the state.

Platinum Championship Wrestling is stronger than ever, with my trained replacements more than successfully implementing the techniques I showed them and strengthening the relationships I initially made.
