Sanofi - Buyer NA IT Procurement, Common Spend

January 2007 – March 2015

Support all procurement activities for Sanofi, North America IS, Global Infrastructure Services including needs assessments, supplier evaluation and selection, sourcing, and the requisition to payment process.

Major Projects:

IS Software Maintenance Strategy Lead. Partnered with IT and procurement leadership to implement a new software maintenance strategy in the Global Services Division. Drove the creation and utilization of a new process that aims to streamline maintenance renewals and reduce costs associated with them. Continue to monitor and maintain the progress with updates going to leadership.

Common Spend Lead role for the Allston Consent Decree Project. Serve as NA Common Spend point person. The goal is to lead independently.
