Perform system, unit, acceptance, regression, load and functional testing using both automated and manual testing methods regarding to project needs. Results:

Coordinated the Onsite, Nearshore and Offshore factories to manage the knowledge flow between customer and testing factories.

Analyzed requirements to estimate the testing phase effort and design the testing strategy.

Validated test plan and test cases to assure the projects’ quality needs.

Delivered thorough QA testing reports that determined product quality and release readiness.

QA Analyst, 9/11 to 9/13 – ISBAN (BANKING SOFTWARE ENGINEERING), SANTANDER BANK

Served as key member of QA team on project to create a new ATM network. In this project, a new worldwide ATM network was developed to change the current communication model between ATMs and the main server based on banksphere technology. This solution had eight different modules which were connected in the testing phase for the first time. Results:

Analyzed test plans and test cases based on requirements and general design documents involved in both Manual and Automation Testing.

Involved to create Business Risk Levels to determine Test Priorities.

Performed automated regression testing using Selenium and GP (automated test cases tool by ISBAN).

IBM provided an efficient lifecycle of projects to Iberdrola electric company based on CMMI methodology. This project generated PMO to manage teams involved in different technologies and an infrastructure through IBM Rational Suite to manage a customer’s common lifecycle. Results:

Designed and executed test cases and analyzed subsequent test results.

Reported software defects using IBM Rational Team Concert involving program functionality and related requirement to software developers.
