WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide exceptional support to internal teams in regards to any system issues that have been escalated to the Engineer Team in accordance to clients’ Service Level Agreements of Al RAZI, Al WAHA, Al SHARQ, Al CHEVRON, & YAMBU Projects RIYADH Projects Etc.

Provide blinding and de-blinding work for replacement of gasket on reactor, heat exchanger, column, and valves.

Provide the refilling of catalytic materials in reactor as per scope of works.

Erect and removing scaffolding (external).

Insulation, removal and application.

Remove and re assemble the piping.

Remove and refix expansion bellow flange bolts.

Disassemble & assemble of holding shell head.

Remove and refix shell head cover

Remove & refix floating head covers

Tubes, tube sheets covers & channels by water jet cleaning

Remove the water traces in the tubes by air blowing using compressor.

ECT to be carried out as per clinets attached list.

Replace the complete spool piece of existing carbon steel nozzles by including the new valve (the span length of replacement from flange joint until end cap).

Shell side hydro test to be carried out at design pressure

HYT bolt tensioning W/J & air blowing procedures to be submitted by the bidder with the quotation.

Weld repair to be carried out after inspection and having professional certificate as a Welding Inspector.

Remove and refix channel cover, channel and shell cover.

Blind/spade for hydro testing.

Remove and install shell head cover bottom pipe spool and distributor plate on top and tube sheet.

analyze and work to provide solutions for projects, client, day to day issues and other related responsibilities

Properly document results of analysis and obtain internal team and external client sign-off on solutions processes

Serve as a liaison between the Development team, QA team, DBA’s and Professional Services

Conducting training sessions for internal teams and clients via web and in person

Participate on special projects and teams when required

Develop documentation when required

Take part in meetings with clients’ technical personnel as required

Having experience as Project Leader in engineering design project, QA/QC Engineer Coordinator, Welding Engineer, and also acting as Management Representative in applying ISO 9001:2000.

Demonstrated capacity to review and monitor all Project Progress especially for Cost, Schedule, and Quality.

Proficient and Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Project, Engineering Analysis, and Statistical Forecasting & Risk Software such as planning software as Auto CAD, Proform, SAP, and 3D modeling.
