Currently oversee technology, ERP/ERM, branding, guest experience, SEM, SEO, Digital and Traditional Marketing and sales for a 100 office Dental Service Organization in Dallas, Texas. DECA Dental has been listed as one of the fastest growing companies in the nation by Inc. 5000 and SMU and has received several awards for service and growth by EY.
Overhauled a local in-house discount dental plan to a nationwide Dental Membership Service. The relaunch included, branding, strategy, membership experience and technology upgrade. This relaunch increased revenues by almost 200% in just the first month and reduced administrate burden by 95%
Replaced the current members tracking system with a full self-service portal. This portal not only allows members to fully manage their accounts, but allows for tiered access to brokers, employers and offices to manage their members.
Improved existing SEM strategy that lead to a 275% increase in CTR, 50% decrease in CPC and 180% increase in Leads.
Designed and managed SharePoint as a corporate Portal and Document management system.
Led a migration from QuickBooks online to Dynamics AX
