Project Manager: Managed all phases of projects for the FCA Group automotive sealers and adhesives. Main responsibilities required full development of APQP, through product development to managing in plant trials. Wide range of communication required between EFTEC research and development, FCA engineers and buyers and internal manufacturing. Managed internal inventory of raw materials for all projects. Managed EFTEC internal customer service representatives located at FCA facilities in Toledo Ohio, and Winsor Ontario. High level of accurate communication/coordination needed through all business functions.
Henkel Technologies [09/1999-08/2012]
Ford Account Manager: Managed all phosphate coating activities at Ford Dearborn Truck Plant. Responsibilities included coordination of all incoming materials, inventory and ordering. Performed full phosphate system quality checks, coordinated, led and executed all system projects with Ford account personnel. Responsible for statistical process control goals of the phosphate system and the paint shop. Championed various new project launches to include new model, new technologies and new facilities. Responsible for account profit/loss and the building and sustainability of customer relationships. Member of various quality teams within the paint department such as production, maintenance, and paint dirt team.

Technical Service Representative: Technical support responsibilities for five automotive manufacturing facilities. Provided all technical support in areas of coating qualities/morphologies, and chemistry qualities. Conducted trouble shooting activities at the plant level and supplied all reports to customer associated with problem resolution. Conducted plant quality audits at all facilities.
Ford Motor Company [04/1989-09/1994]
Paint Process Engineer: Responsible for phosphate system and electrodeposition primer process at Ford Michigan Truck Plant. Conducted daily quality audits on both systems, worked with maintenance supervisors to address facility issues. Managed hourly personnel in phosphate/ecoat system as well as paint mix kitchen.
