BACKGROUND
A member of the PMI USA based Association for Project Management and an Architect; I possess more than 25 years of experience working in the Architecture/Construction industry in US, UAE & Egypt. With extensive technical/management skills both in pre/post contract phases; I often take overall responsibility for the design, planning, management, coordination, supervision and financial control of multi million projects spanning hospitality, mixed use, commercial, and residential sectors. Whether acting as the Design Manager or the Project Manager; I always make sure I work closely with everyone involved right from the initial conception and design of the project, through its construction and to handing over and close-out stage. My concern normally includes ensuring projects were constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule, by smooth navigation challenges between the concept tender documents and the construction stage thru supporting the site supervision team and high problem solving techniques.

Manage the process of obtaining the building permit, No Objection certificates and approvals from the different authorities during the project progress.
