BACKGROUND

A member of the PMI USA based Association for Project Management and an Architect; I possess more than 25 years of experience working in the Architecture/Construction industry in US, UAE & Egypt. With extensive technical/management skills both in pre/post contract phases; I often take overall responsibility for the design, planning, management, coordination, supervision and financial control of multi million projects spanning hospitality, mixed use, commercial, and residential sectors. Whether acting as the Design Manager or the Project Manager; I always make sure I work closely with everyone involved right from the initial conception and design of the project, through its construction and to handing over and close-out stage.
