WORK SUMMARY:
I am a Supply Chain & Household Manufacturing Professional with 24 years of experience in Reckitt Benckiser Pakistan, the world's leading consumer health and hygeine company, giving people innovative solutions for healthier lives and healthier homes through brands like nurofen, strepsils, mucinex, dettol, lysol, finish, vanish, veet, scholl, Durex, Gaviscon, airwick range and Mortein range. The role was to produc finished bulk products for packaging and ensuring safe operation, product quality, on time delivery and the efficiency of processing operations. The role carries responsibility for assisting the area production manager to ensure department key performance indicators are achieved and improvement plans are in place to reach targets. Directly supervise production associates and ensure the production operations are executed in a safe working environment, quality standards such as 5S housekeeping, IPC's and department SOP's are in line along with manufacturing, plan adherence, OEE, labour cost control and finally personal development of the team on shift through training, coaching, briefings and disciplinary where appropriate.

1.Assistant Production Manager - Reckitt Benckiser Pakistan (Jan 2017 - July 2017)
Reporting to the Department Manager, responsible for performing and initiating all activities in support of packaging and manufacturing operations. Manages all employees involved in the functions of packaging and manufacturing activities. This include all aspects of employee management such as environmental health, and safety oversight, mentoring, training, communicating maintenance needs, interfacing with materials management, and ensuring all quality procedures are followed.
2.Production Coordinator - Reckitt Benckiser Pakistan (Jan 2007 - Dec 2016)
Responsible for planning product line assembly, and components to meet monthly production targets to achieve Customer Service and inventory goals. Review monthly/weekly production, inventory deployment and capacity plans to ensure proper flow of finished goods across the product supply chain for assigned consumer products. Work closely and coordinate efforts with Operations, Quality, Planning, Distribution centers. Compliance to Master Production Schedule (MPS) at agreed targets. Using solid working knowledge using MRP system JD Edwards. Create / timely closing of work orders for production on JD Edwards.
3.Production Executive - Reckitt Benckiser Pakistan (Aug 2000 - Dec 2007)
Was the leader of a team within the operations environment, have ability to ensure maximum line efficiency with accountability and ownership to deliver the line KPI’s in their Operational area. Operate lines at maximum efficiency to ensure all production plans are achieved on time and to quality standards. And Maintain complete records of all Batch History Files. Lead the hourly/daily/weekly performance reviews on the line ensuring corrective action is taken in a timely manner. And perform regular In-process control / Line of all manufacturing activities and ensure effective implementation of SOP’s. Lead/co-ordination of all breakdown engineering activities for the lines. To implement QMS, Policies, and Procedures effectively throughout the department. To do complete regular follow up on all audit’s findings, Corrective and Preventive Actions, Change control, Deviations and maintain records.
4.Manufacturing Chemist - Reckitt Benckiser Pakistan (Aug 1993 - July 2000)
Responsible for the manufacture of Veet Cream range, Mortein Pest range, Dettol MPC, Cherry Blossom shoe polish, Mansion floor polish and Veet Lotions for Household. Responsible for consistent operation, troubleshooting and sanitizing production equipment as well as performing routine tasks such as quality tests and operation/inventory completions whilst maintaining high standards of safety and cGMP. Maintain the ability to comprehend and perform daily activities with minimal supervision. Ensure a high level of safety and quality by addressing issues, and reporting any discrepancies to the Quality Team. Monitor product for quality defects. Ability to use all material handling tools.
5.Laboratory Chemist - Baluchistan Coaters Ltd. Hub Pakistan (Aug 1992 - Jul 1993)
