Working with 5 Superintendents having different duty’s in the field from putting up batter boards to pouring slabs after plumbing and electrical were installed, installing block walls and then pouring all walls with concrete slurry working with carpentry contractors as well as installing the roof of home Having over 150 construction workers the job at one time. Putting together working packages for construction superintendents showing all aspects of the job to be completed by them. Checking all jobs daily to confirm all jobs were done correctly supervising clean up of jobs daily, daily meetings with GL Home to confirm that daily objectives were completed.
Key Accomplishment
Working on 15 to 20 new start packages per week each start package included all extras that the customer was purchasing.
Time Management for superintendents and a daily log what was completed on job.
