Senior Piping Designer and Piping Lead on the SPIM Gate 3 project consisting of completing engineering and procurement services on the remaining scope of the original Voyageur Upgrader East Tank Farm which was put in Safemode in 2008. The ETF ISBL and Tank Completion Project included the completion and integration of all the ETF facilities, infrastructure, equipment and the eight (8) remaining API storage tanks. Responsible for Rally Engineering’s piping discipline activities to bring Voyageur’s ETF out of Safe Mode to construction completion status. Complete reviews of underground drawings to determine the remaining underground piping scope of work. Reviewed P&IDs and above ground piping to determine required construction scope of work. Performed a cursory check on issued for construction isometrics and determined scope of work required to bring them to Suncor standards. Used PDS model and Navisworks walk through to validate process module piping design, Vendor skid piping design and pipe rack module design.
