1. In the year of 2013 MAY to 2016 SEPTEMPER, experienced in

SRI RAMANUJAM CONTROLS CHENNAI INDIA as a ELECTRICAL ENGINEER TECHNICIAN and MAINTANANECE.

TECHNICIAN:

Industrial panel wiring that is DOL (direct on line), star and delta wiring, relay wiring, RDOL starter, VFD.

That is related panel erection and commissioning works for on sites. Any kind of problem in electrical wiring solved in best my think.

Test and implement advanced safety measures in the whole structures of electrical designs, renovate exciting designs and implemented the latest feature to ensure safety.

Create the BOM ( BILL OF MATERIALS ) as panels related all panel materials adding in one sheet that use the customer identification.

Complete all projects within schedules to ensure maximum client satisfaction, maintain detailed documentation for all projects.

PLC:

Deeply understanding of PLC programming LADDER LOGIC and all aspects of inputs and outputs of the system.

Troubleshooting skills needed to make sure all machines are running as efficiency as possible.

This kind of plc wiring (SIEMENS, ALLEN BRDELY, DELTA) needed input and output of DIGITAL and ANALOG signals.

MAIN PROJECT:

AUTOMATIC LOAD SHARING OF MULTIPLE TRANSFORMER Description: In this project, the slave transformer in the case of shares the load of master transformer over load and over temperature. A sensor circuit is designed to log the data from the master transformer and if it is found to be in over load condition, immediately the slave transformer will be connected in parallel to the master transformer and the load is shared.
