Roles and Responsibilities

To inspect raw material for required size and visual damages, Material identification and review/Verification of raw material certificates

Monitoring and Analysis of Raw-materials with UT will be carried out.

Responsibility for the measuring and analysis of instruments and issue to the works for the measurements. Visual inspection of fabrication and monitoring assembly activities

Inspect weld joint preparation for cleanliness, end preparation and alignment during assembly and ensure correct material being fabricated as per the mechanical & related drawings.

Witness and Evaluation of NDT methods like PT, MPT & UT. Familiar with all quality instruments like Venire, Micrometer and Gauges.

Witness and evaluation for the finished product with respect to QA & QC Checks.

Checking the status of job from planning to dispatch

Regular correspondence through the execution of products

Perform quality assurance check on fabricated structures before dispatching to customer location

I have good understanding & knowledge of drawing reading and technical specification. Able to draw and modify the drawings.
