My title is under repack, but I was actually do is store. I make sure all items that come in are to be repacked,labeled and ready to be stored. Once its ready it to be stored, I use a cherry picker to mount a cart of different items and start storing them in the correct aisles assigned to. I use an rx unit to store. Carefully I mark the item number,quantity,load control number down on a traceability sheet. Once all that's written down, I confirm it on the rx unit than make sure its double checked than move on to the next move. Accomplishments

Responsibilities

I would unload and load up trailers make sure all product(heavy material)was scanned and staged. I would tag the material with proper labels, than scanned. Some product would go outside some inside. I'd 5s my areas of work. Keep all paper work organized and turned in to supervisors. I would also help others if needed any help. Accomplishments

I could honestly say I had a huge impact on alot of people around me there. They knew I was team player. No was never an answer for me. I was trained well by my co worker. Supervisors and managers depended on me to do the job when needed. When things would get hectic they knew I would do the job great even under pressure.

Skills Used

Driving skills on stand up and sit down forklift(propane). The ability to pick up quick. Great attitude and under pressure. Able to take a task and manage to work through it and if needed think out the box to cut down time but still do it with accuracy and safety.

Received produce from trailers. Sorted and separated produce to where the department it need to be in. Also used rx unit to acknowledge and scan in the product with a license number. Than after being broken down and stacked on pallets, I would wrap the skids and store them in the freezer/dry/cooler departments. Once stored in the racks I would use the rx unit to scan and store the produce. At time when I was also done with my work, I would help out the off shift to replenish the slots for the pickers. I was able to show them that I could do the job. Able to show that was able to store 25 to 40 moves and hour on a stand up. When needed to come in early I would to help 1st shift than hop over to 2nd shift and do my work and still be able to stay and help 3rd shift when needed. EDUCATION

I've worked in warehouses many years. I have long experience on forklifts, crown, Raymond, Toyota and cat. I have great knowledge when it comes to doing my work. I like to keep things organized and making sure I help others if needed. I can work with great others and if I need to train then I'm always glad to do so. In my years of being at caterpillar through a contractor I have trained many people and guide them the rite way.
