Project Title: An Experimental Investigation of Glass fiber / Egg shell hybrid composite. This project work focus on developing the new Composite materials which enhance the mechanical properties. Composite materials are replacing the traditional materials because of its superior properties the application of polymer matrix composite has increased over past few years. The development of new polymer composite includes addition of more number of filler materials which is named as an hybrid composite. In this present work the caco3 used as a bio filler, which was extracted from the egg shell and glass fiber as a reinforcement material. By through hand lay- up method 0%, 6%, 9%, 12% of caco3 inclusion filler composite are developed. All the tests are carried out as per ASTM standard. The newly developed composite is under such test as tensile test, impact test and hardness test finally the enhancing mechanical properties are studied. Scanning Electron Microscope

(SEM) analysis is carried out to investigate the fractured structure of the hybrid composite. PAPER PRESENTED:
