Led all GE IT Centers of Excellence to deliver a single comprehensive delivery and pricing concept to implement and support all GE businesses.

Directed the Business Intelligence COE which delivered capabilities to all GE businesses.

Directed the ServiceNow COE team to deliver a single ITSM solution for the company. The ITSM solution is hosted on the world’s largest single instance of ServiceNow.
