Worked as an apprentice at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel, Colombo, which is a 5 Star City Hotel over 500 rooms. During my Apprenticeship I have worked at the Pastry kitchen, Cake Room, Coffee Stop and has experience in Japanese cuisine.

I work as a 3rd commis at the Garde Manger kitchen at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel, Colombo. My responsibilities are to prepare Platters, Salads, Sushi and sandwiches for banquet function and follow H.A.C.C.P standards and regulations.

I am employed at Finolhu in the Maldives which is a 126 roomed Luxury Boutique Resort Hotel. I work in the capacity of a Commis in the Kanusan Restaurant and Crab Shack which are both signature restaurants, being Cantonese and Seafood restaurants respectively.
