•Was able to work indepedently to keep all government web sites in the National Technology and Development Program umbrella up and functioning on a continual basis. I also upgraded deprecated functions when servers In Kansas City were migrated without letting people downstream know about changes. Upgraded all sites to newer technology and built four new sub sites from scrtach well under budget and ahead of schedule.

Desktop server/client application two months before deadline. Developed secure front end to protect unauthroized use or loss of data and developed front end so that necessary, legacy FORTRAN functions were still available.
