Electronics and Communication Engineer Graduate from Xavier University- Ateneo de Cagayan.. New Product Qualification Engineer 2007-2009, Test Product Manufacturing Engineer 2009 -2011 and Test Development Engineer for Power Management at Maxim Integrated Products was from 2011 to present. Hard working, fast learner and with 10 years working experience at Maxim, I am looking for a new opportunity at a hi-tech company.
Specialties:
Analog, Digital, Mixed signal test specialize in power management chips.
Fully understand of OpAmp, CMOS, BJT, RC, RL, Buck Boost converter, Rectifiers, passive and active filters circuitries.
Design a test plan to test all characteristics of the chip which specified in chip datasheet.
Coding in Visual Basic and C++ then debugging to correlate with bench data.
Run characterization and analyze the data how chip behave overtemp before meet chip designer.
Release test program for high volume products.
Yield improvement by using Galaxy or Sedana software to spot out why and how parts have high rate of failure. We went back to test program to make test SW or HW is not related. Work with DE to improving yield.
Test cost reduction by optimize the test time like doing multisite testing, reducing the redundant tests.

Test Development Engineer: Design test schematics on Cadence Allegro, work with layout engineer to optimize the test hardware, write codes, debug, do correlation, run characterization, do reliability tests, release to production, work on yield improvement. Have a solid experience in DC, AC, mixed signal tests on power management products. Release high volume products with tight schedule. Have a strong experience on testers TMT, ETS and Teradyne uflex.
