Responsible for an enterprise-wide Microsoft Active Directory hardware Migration for 34,000+ employees of Dell Services with a future combined company with NTT Data of over 60,000 employees worldwide based in Plano TX. Will be delivering this project through a complete lifecycle basis in working with 6 regional data center sites located throughout the world (USA-UK-India) combining US and overseas based assets to complete this project. Responsible for the installation of over 30 pre-positioned Domain Controllers on six dedicated sites and servers to create a new domain for the new combined company.

Also assigned to deploying a new VPN access system with enhanced firewall protection for worldwide access for the new combined company. Working with Cisco as the primary vendor and a worldwide team to achieving this aim for an early spring 2017 completion date.

Program managing an enterprise-wide program with company owned retail stores needing an infrastructure migration for 173 retail stores located throughout the entire United States. This program includes the new purchase and installation of store based routers, upgrading telephony circuits, and the implementation of a proprietary cloud based transaction-processing system.
