Duties: Responsible for setting up and running a facility in Mexico to perform assembly operations of thermoplastic automotive parts. Prepared building for assembly operation by drafting the plant setup and ensuring the proper lighting, electricity, water, and air were installed. Design all production machinery such as presses and check fixtures and had it built by the local economy. Completed customs paperwork for all parts and products to be sent to Mexico from the US plant. Hired and trained all employees at plant including; Plant Manager, Quality Manager, and Human Resources.
