Key Project - Supported Touch less Return Items Processing System (TRIPS) an application suite solution that allowed JPMorgan Chase to image enable check ‘Exception’ and ‘Return Items’ process, which resulted in 1.4 million in annualized saves in the North East.

Provided System Integration Testing support; working closely with Quality Assurance in developing test cases

Managed defect issues list via peregrine system; subsequently, worked with vendor and internal developers to resolve outstanding issues and followed up with all impacted downstream applications and users.

Application Developer

Technology and Industry Strategy 2003-2007

Key Project – E-REFER a browser based application that was developed to replace the NE Branch Deferral system in the Exception Item Processing Department resulting in cost saving of FTE’s.

Designed and created database tables for browser front end application using Oracle 8.5; wrote several SQL loader scripts to load data into the database. Created a splash screen graphic and web page for the application.

Tested the E-REFER browser application functionality and conducted quality assurance test on the design. Designed and created financial, maintenance, and audit trail reports; built a Crystal Report Distribution module to distribute the reports and installed the distribution module for the clients.

Provided pre and post implementation support during the application release and engaged the clients to ensure a successful deployment; this included “lessons learned” sessions.

Successfully developed process flows and documented business procedures as part of the enterprise redesign of Day II Check Processing to facilitate the migration of the IMPRESS application to the TRIPS suite.
