Identify reasonable differences of corresponding statistics for practical trial tests.
Study on urinary biomarkers of oxygen radiation exposure in mice May. 2016- April. 2017
Performed high resolution mass spectrometry based metabolomics analyses with urine samples with a goal to identify a molecular signature of radiation exposure in a minimally invasive matrix.
Constructed discovery-validation design for finding robust biomarkers with relatively large simple size.
Identified time effect and dose effect for irradiated groups by using multiple comparison with p-value adjustment.
