IT Solution Support - PAML. Enterprise wide application support of 3rd party applications, in-house applications and cloud based fax environment. Perform root cause analysis, suggest fix measures, submit change management request, and deploy fixes and patches. Rotating on-call off-hour duties included deploying fixes and website updates, month-end and year-end financial reporting, monitoring VMservers and responding to alerts, incidents and customer request. Member of safety committee and employee benevolent fund treasurer.

IT System Administrator – PAML. Continued support of Financial and Distribution environment and added administration of Human Resources environment, part of our lab systems, financial forecasting, logistics and courier routing and scheduling. Also gained server support duties included installing server hardware, Microsoft OS software and VMware servers. And Supported Active Directory.

Aug 2000 - Aug 2006

IT Financial and Distribution Administrator- PAML. Maintained the financial and distribution software including server and client side application, secondary applications for financial reporting, budgeting, document imaging, and warehousing automations including handheld computer deployment. Performed upgrades on a regular basis, documented client side deployment and distributed to pc support to install. Supported local and remote users at affiliated companies for issues beyond pc support, worked with the vendors to resolve complex issues beyond my skill set, went to user group conferences to present my companies expectations of software upgrades. Performed backups of financial and distribution system including maintaining backup sets for financial governance requirements.

Mar 1998 - Aug 2000

IT Desktop Support- PAML. Responsible for maintenance and repair of all Windows based computers which included servers, supported printers and any technical devices used by PAML. Support for Microsoft Office products, 3rd party software and lab related software. Duties came to include Exchange administration and backup monitoring.
