Major Accomplishments: Member of the FRWQ team. Cleaned up the IDOC interfaces for the 870s (outbound order status). Restructured the inbound interface for the 511R (DLMS Order) to stream line the process.

Restructured the ZIRM1 report to run more efficiently. ZIRM1 report is an ALV report that displays all the IDOC history of an SAP transaction such as an order, delivery or stock movement.

Major area of support included SD, FI and WM applications . Support included documentation of technical specifications for ABAP Objects, ALV Object Model, Enhancement Framework, Interactive Screens and IDOC Interfaces. Project used Solution Manager ver.7.2 to control all development.

Major Accomplishments:

GTAS requirement: FMUSFGA sap line of accounting table needed to be modified to add new 23 GTAS fields and remove 12(SFIS) fields no longer being used. Updated all ABAP objects on system that referenced the 12 fields being removed, then populating the 23 new fields of FMUSFGA. Table FMUSFGA had over 400 million records at the time.

Reduced a $10 million block stocked issue by 75 %. Designed and implemented a blocked stock strategy. Provided multiple on-site training sessions for the users who manage and report stock issues to upper management.

Led project to redesign the goods issue in order to provide critical country of origin information needed for lot recalls. Developed interactive process to prompt user to enter a country of origin for any line on a delivery where this information is unavailable.

Reduced time to develop lot recall reports by replacing a manual process that could take several days with an automated report that can be recorded in minutes, using methods and ALV grid.

Added product pricing to the company’s Internet site using IDOC interface.

Configured the Sales of Service System of SAP to invoice a customer for a service rather than a product.

Configured the Personal Nutrition (PNUT) Order to Bill System, including emailing an invoice to a customer automatically.

Provided first line of support for OTC configuration change requests.

Wrote programs to interface between warehouse programs and SAP. Worked on the production support team while between implementation phases.

Developed a program to bill orders which came out of the UPS system. This interface updated delivery information which was then billed through a BDC session.

Created a series of ABAP/4 programs to interface the R/3 system with a warehouse system called WLIB. Developed many custom written function modules and over 12 custom written ABAP programs.
